Transit Time

Once your order has left the production facility, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (Continental U.S.) 4-5 Business Days.
  

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories — Allow an additional 7 – 12 business days
  
  

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Holidays & Peak Periods

High-volume seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or holiday weekends) can extend both production and delivery times. 

Please order early during these times to ensure timely delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your household, neighbors, and local post office
