Returns
We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email TheTinKings@gmail.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If approved, we’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Unapproved returns may be refused.

Return shipping costs
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Restocking-fee 
$7 Per Item

Condition checks
We cannot refund on items that are not in brand new condition. 

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and a brief description to TheTinKings@gmail.com
within 48 hours 

Seasonal Items, Sales, Discounts and promotion

All seasonal, on sale, discounted and promotional  items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Final sale applies to any item purchased during a sale, promotion, clearance event, or marked with a discounted price.

Non-returnable Items
Custom or personalized items (including made-to-order prints).
Final-sale/clearance items and gift cards.

For hygiene and safety, face coverings and similar personal items (if offered) are final sale.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your approval email and you haven’t seen the refund, contact us at TheTinKings@gmail.com


Order Changes & Cancellations

We can try to cancel or modify orders that haven’t started processing.

Once in production we are unable to cancel 

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship your items once we receive updated address - Buyer must pay reshipping cost.  - we can refund based on the refund and restock policy above. 

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier
